I can’t believe it is Friday again already, i’m not sure where the last week has gone. This week my Friday Favourite is fireworks. I’ve always loved going along to bonfire night displays and then when I met Trevor he took me to a spectacular firework display at Belvoir castle. One of his friends owns a firework company and each summer they do the Firework Champions at four different locations around the UK. At each event there are three competing teams who each have a display and then there is a closing display by MLE pyrotechnics. It is well worth going along to one, they are the best firework displays I have ever been to. More details about this years competitions are on their website www.fireworkchampions.co.uk
